Appellant challenges his conviction on two grounds. First, he contends that unconstitutionally seized evidence was improperly used against him at his trial. Second, he argues that the introduction of a neighbors testimony concerning a domestic quarrel between appellant and his wife, occurring two months before her death, was prejudicial error.
